Q - Does the cost of Philly Limousine rental include food and beverages?
A - While we don't provide food and drinks to our customers, we do have built-in bars with coolers where you can store food and drinks, and we also include ice and cups. Our wedding packages sometimes include bottles of champagne and bottled water.
Q - Is smoking and drinking alcohol allowed in your limousines?
A - While smoking is not allowed in any of our limos, drinking alcohol is permitted as long as everyone in your party is 21+. You're welcome to stock the built-in bar with whatever kind of beverages you enjoy, either alcoholic or non-alcoholic.
Q - Can you do a comprehensive tour of Philadelphia?
A - Our chauffeurs are experts at navigating the streets of Philly and the surrounding areas, and we do have special tour packages for new visitors to Philadelphia so you can see all the most exciting sights. Be sure to ask about these packages when you call.
Q - How many passengers can fit in a limo?
A - We have a wide range of sizes available in our limos and buses. For example, our Lincoln Town Car limos seat ten guests and our largest bus seats over 50. If you need more room than that, you are more than welcome to rent as many vehicles as you need. Let us know how many guests you have and we'll let you know what vehicle will best suit your needs!
Q - What am I responsible for as a customer?
A - All we expect is that you return the limousine to us in the same clean condition that it was given to you in. If any purposeful damage is done by you or your party, you will be responsible for the costs of repair. Just think of it as, anything you bring onto the bus, comes off of the bus with you at the end of the night.
Q - Can we play to music and movies in the limo?
A - Our vehicles play CDs and MP3s in pristine quality, and also feature HDTVs with DVD players, so you can watch your favorite movies or even bring DVDs of your favorite music videos to enjoy. For weddings and other such celebrations, people often bring DVDs of special home movies to bring back wonderful memories before they make new ones.
Q - Can you cancel the reservation if I don't want it anymore?
A - Once you have put your deposit down or paid in full, you will not be allowed to cancel. You will be still have to pay for the service whether you use it or not. You cannot change the date of your reservation. Depending on availability, you may be able to upgrade/downgrade your vehicle or change the time later/earlier.
Q - Can children come in the vehicles?
A - Yes they can! We are great for birthday parties, graduations, sweet sixteen's and more. If there are those who are under 21 years of age who are going to be in the vehicles, there cannot be any alcohol. If everyone is over 21 years old, you may drink till your hearts content.
